high idle mod pto wire on a 99? work??

Can i do the pto wire high idle mod on a 99 7.3?
I know it works on an 04 6.0 motor.
Can i do it on a 99? is it the same 2 wires?

I doubt that it is the same two wires as on a 6.0 engine. Trucks change as the engines get changed. The computers are different and the wires going to them are different. I have not heard of the high idle mod on a 7.3 truck. I would like to see it.
