red the 350 had zero issues, the fiver i needed more cargo capacity and was going to swapp out to bigger axles or get a new one, and when we broke down $$$ to $$$ it made sense to roll and go to a class A, plus its easier on me and my broken body to set up, just park, it levels itself, and we are gooooood
then the icing on the cake were prices are at a record low, we walked out at 58% of what msrp was 6 months ago, its an 08 that has sat in a showroom for 13 months

big joe this is a freightliner chassis four bag setup, rides very nice
and has abut 300 grease fittings underneath
360 hp 8.3 cummings 1000 ft lbs of tq oooohhh ahhhhhh

I hear ya PB, Freightliner will be the Chissis but I'm have'n trouble finding 400+ horse.. I don't want a Cat. As you prolly know.. very few of the builders are doing much production so power selection is skinny.

I'll wait.. If I'm guna take the leap.. >IT< is guna be exactly what I (we) want.

Congrats again on yers though.. Nice Rig.

Joe

(We're in Morro Bay/Pizmo (Caly Coast) for a week.. I'm even look'n, while we're here :sly:rolleyes:)

Robert, I hope you'll grace my neighborhood with a drive-by one of these days soon. That thing is beautiful.

There goes the forum, Robert has a big motor home and Big Joe is looking. We will just be Trailer Trash to them two big shots.
He's been working on getting this ride for two weeks now, I had to make a fast trip to Quitman, TX to relieve him of some batteries off of his old fifth wheel. We had a good time and got to eat some good Mexican food together.
