I can’t believe this happened again, I am on the highway and I hear the rattling sound again, I automatically knew what it was. I get to work and poke around for a bit to find a hole about the size and a penny in dia on the bottom of my K&N air filter.:cussing: Something has got sucked in and ate my turbo.


Will dig into it a bit more during my lunch.:censored:

Did you put another stock turbo in there? I have seen under some conditions a filter getting sucked in, never seen one come apart... There is very little chance something got "sucked" into your filter hard enough to make a hole, too much surface area to create that effect. But let us know!

I just got back from a quick drive and my turbo is locked up, the wheel won’t spin at all. I don’t think that something got sucked in, but the hole is there. I will most likely be ordering a GTP38R from DI here shortly.
