They are not stealing gas out here.... because they do not have enough gas to get to cars that do.

A person could always wrap a rubber snake arund the cap, then tie the head to the lid, so when it opened, the "snake" would fly out. Of course, the downside would be that the scoundrels would catch onto the trick and probably take the "snake" and throw it away.

Before i bought my house i would park my truck at a shorage facility and it was common for me to come home from over seas to an empty tank.
