"IF" you let her use it again. Tell her to just grab the pump with the greasy grip. If it's not clean, that's the one she wants. My wife took mine on a trip last year. (so she could fit all her posse in one vehicle) I didn't sleep well thinking about her fueling it. The "Your truck is running funny!!!" call never came.

my old man did this to his about 6mos ago. the bad part was that he filled the tank from almost E... 50-60bucks worth wasted haha. he drove 15min and then shut it down. we siphoned the tank, but didnt change the fuel filters. we put two bottles of fuel treatment in one tank of diesel, and let her idle until she was purring like normal again. it took about 10min of idling before it got back to normal, but the truck is still running like a champ to this day.
