Starting at the top hose: overall lengths, 45 JIC-JIC pieces used where hose ends weren’t available
26” straight and 90 #4 JIC…filter housing to driver rear test port
22” both 45 ends…filter housing to passenger rear test port
15” straight and 45 ends…front pass to regulator
10” 90 and straight…regulator to front driver port
12” #6 straight both ends…regulator to return line
Missing compression plug for regulator housing
3- #4 JIC 45's
3- 1/8 pipe to JIC adapter, 45 degree
2- 1/8 pipe to JIC adapter, straight
1- 1/8 pipe to JIC adapter, 90 degree
1- JIC to 5/16ths compression for return line
Regulator has #4 JIC for lines coming from heads, #6 JIC for return
The dual regulated return is work of Hutch and Texas Towncar. If I'm wrong please let me know. Thanks to them we can now make our trucks more efficient by purging the fuel rails of aerated fuel that causes fuel knock. Injectors fill at the proper rates and better throttle response is a result. We see if my cackle pig can be quieted. The regulator is 13109 IIRC thanks to Powerboatr it has the notch to allow bleed down to prevent cylinder washing. This regulator was put into service back when most of this was R&D for everyone still. I used SS teflon tubing, I’ve read something about static and others having leak issues….hey I get leaks on tractors sometimes too.
My hose shop is very helpful! That's a must when trying to piece your own kit togethter. They must be patient and understand what you are trying to do so they can get you the right pieces.
