anybody else have problems with water separator plug froze in fuel pump housing? going to try jb weld a torx tool in there to get it out

yep....ended up replacing hole end cap....
you can try a torx bit, it may work....

yeah i tried the torx bit with some jb weld it didnt even budge it ill have to end up replacing the fuel inlet cover

mine was siezed when i bought the truck, (that was over three years ago). i personally drain the HFCM at every oil change(every 7500km) and when the fuel filters are changed....
