dang...American-Stitches.com had instructions on how to
remove the steering wheel and apparently theyve not been
paying their web "bill".

Hey i fixed it, I took steering colunm out of truck and rewired it, all good now, hehe

Actually it was a fuse!!!! Im so embarrest i figured i'd make up a story.

The fuse looks good butwhen i checked them for power on both sides it popped up that there was a problem. Note to self, never rely on visual inspection with fuses.

You guys are great and I can't thank you all enough

COOL ! Good for you !

ya know....they make blade fuses that illuminate an LED bulb
when theyre BLOWN...makes it easier to SPOT a blown one...not
that *I* would ever need such a product...nah not me ;)

also some of those fuse KITS have a little plier like tool that
pulls the tiny bastard fuses and on the other end it has a test
LED...got one of those too, myself...but i STILL needed (and like)
the fuses that light up when blown.... SMART GLOW FUSES <LINK>

glad you got things worked out.

got cruise control now too ???

Alright now i feel even dumber. The two fuses that were bad were ones i put in there with little lights on them. My thinking is they lite up to help you see in the fuse box, NOT to tell you they were bad!!!!!! Too funny!!
