F250 and F350 price difference

What really is the retail price difference between the F250 and the F350 models besides the extra money needed for registration.

I'm working on trading up my 2004 to a 2006 model.

I'm looking at a crew cab long bed PowerStroke. May possibly switch from the Torqshift transmission to the 6 speed manual.
