engine lopes on start up

yep had lope issue and rough idle prior to HPX. I did the HPX because i searched around here and lots of people said the HPX was the cure it didnt help at all and if anything the idle is even rougher now. Ive ran the truck hard(towing 12k 5th wheel) for 2500 miles sense i put it on a couple weeks ago so it must not be trapped air. I'll try a oil change again with the lighter oil but i think its something else. I changed the fuel filter too just in case. Truck has 102000 miles FYI.

Try 5W40 oil. It is the first number in oil that is the cold number protection. I switched and it cured my lope. I use Rotella T 5W40. Wal Mart has this oil.

well now the turd sprung a major oil leak. leaves a trail behind it and about 40 drops in the amount of time you come to a stop and shut the turd off.

looks like its coming off the driver top side of the block somewhere. time to powers wash the oily pig up and find where its coming from
