engine codes am i in need of surgury

i have engine codes p0268 and p0269 and my engine shakes when excelerating around 80-95 kph it goes away if i step on it or let off the pedal though. can i drive it till i can fix it or will i hoop the motor if i drive it for 2 weeks while waiting for the money to fix it?

it says its injector 3 so where is this on the engine and can i do it myself in the driveway?

What do you drive. An injector for a 6.0 goes for some big bucks (over $400) on Ebay. You will have to remove the valve cover and remove/replace the injector. Not a big deal if you are fairly good with your hands and tools. If it was my truck, I would not drive it for two weeks, maybe two days. Good luck.
