took it out today and of course all gummed up, so we went custom cut it off welded gear just to be safe put it back in.

I've never heard of this one before. Can you plug in harness or does it trigger the C.E.L. ?

03 throws a code but not a cel later years throw a cel

I was going to weld mind but inside on the valve area so prying eyes wont pick up on it

it is welded inside, the top and plug in are still there, just removed the valve since not used anymore.

I understood that. Was wondering if it sets off CEL when you plug it in.

you need to have isolation between the exhaust and intake ..

but if you have a egr delete kit there is no exhaust
