they are brightly colored
and getting friendlier, they don't even fly away when i walk across the porch
that's all we need another adopt a pet :D
between the deer tipping over the bird feeders and these two, we are going through bird food a fast click



it sounds like dinner to me :sly :D

Those are most definitley not Cin Teal. Cin Teal are about 1/4 the size of those things.

What you got there are just regular old Farm Ducks. Fancy farm ducks......but just farm ducks. A lot of times, farm ducks will get a "wild hair".....or feather if you will......and hit the road. We have shot farm ducks hunting for mallards and geese before. Sometimes they load up the truck and move to Beverly.....Hills that is..... :tounge

they almost look like whistlers to me.
they might be young too- see what they look like later this year (if they live that long)

farm ducks i thought were an ugly white, but hey i am not duck person...;)

dp, they will have a good chance of living if they keep eating here, it seems the word got out and every bird, squirrel, rabbit and deer for pert near a mile have come to fill their bellies
i may have to start charging rent or bed fees :stir
this crazy bird built a nest only 2 feet off the ground
