Only different from day to day with mine is how she starts. Some days she cranks for a second or so - other days as soon as I turn the key it's like an explosion and she fires right up. Explosion days are really cool.

Otherwise she runs just like a sewing machine -

I know mine sure does. Like this morning for example, it was really smooth and quite with low rumble running down the road. Then tomorrow it may be rough. Sometimes, a little stumble on at idle. Reminds me of Julie, actually. Maybe thats' why she and the truck get along so well.

I thought that is why we refer to them as "she". :)

Yup, My Ol' Bessie has a mind of her own, but she has never let me down. A sure sign of a good woman. :D Some mornings she'll cough before starting and other days she behaves. Even when she let my tranny go south a few weeks ago, I only lost OD allowing me to limp home.

that is exactly how mine runs, if she fires right up with just a few turns, she runs like a scalded dog.
if it takes a second turn of the key to start..... she is a hurt dog till the next start

i really think the atmospheric conditions at start dictate the good or bad.
today is cool and rainy, so she was harder to start and felt down on power and sluggish

yesterday it was just cool and had rained and she fired right up , with great get up and go

plus she hates monday drives to work:D

I may as well chime in here... My 'ol galz a bit different, day to day too. But then, so am I, so'z the wife, so'x my 'ol dog Burt. Darn 'ol cat Bob'z a bit Knarly now'n then too.

This morning, backed in to my park'n place at work, listening to "Bob'n Tom"...Could'nt tell if she waz run'n, had to look at the Tach. Other dayz (?) shez a bit Cacklish. NEVER as loud as stock tho.

Seemz to have a string of Better dayz, after a good hard pull with the FW. But then.... so do I..... Good to git outa town.

Just part of Life, I guess.

;) :dunno

I have heard alot of owners mention this but unless its real cold, no real difference in mine. Thats very strange. My brother says his is sometimes louder or quieter on the same day.

This is why I love this sight. Mine is different from day to day and I've been trying to figure out if something is wrong or if it was just me being a little paranoid (only 1100 miles). :sweet
