$72 is ok for the lights, but $45 FOR SHIPPING AND HANDLING? they say they are all new, what's wrong with the boxes they get them in?

Many ebay sellers tend to lower the price on the item and raise the shipping amount due to ebay doesn't take any juice from shipping charges thus the seller makes abit more on the item they're selling.
