the axle came out of a 1985 or 86 f-250 with a 6.9 in it and you can get 15" 8 lug rims so you dont have to go nuts with tires right now. also i can lend a had with the install.

Spend the $1700 on the 78. It has 15" wheels. Rear is bolt on. 4.56 gears already...
