new to site! i got many issues, where to start? i'll give a brief history:
2003 cc sb, 41,800 ticks on counter, just under #400 off line in Kent., bone stock. 2 flashes done; 1 early and 1 just in Dec. - don't like that one. Went in for loss of power, turbo toast installed a reman. -is that legal in a lease?, at the time the tech was poking around engine bay and found an injector leaking- fixed that too, that was news to me. Now I have done my share of surfing and from what i've been reading, i could join in the groups displeasure of specific engine problems. i got them too.
- blue smoke out pipe everymorning since i got it
- intermitant rough cold starts
- extended warm up time b4 its not gutless
- both front u/l ball joints shot
- brakes gone already, on my second set
- exhaust leaks at block/head not noticed on firewall area yet
- puking coolant, you should see my underliner
- oh yeah, mpg in the toilet: 12 ave. as low as 8 and once a high of 16 coming home from CO. w/ gate down and no load (i have it tracked since day one if anyone is interested, i'll try to post)
- w/ the second flash, my T/H slams downshifting bad
- w/ the second flash, lost it's seat of the pants kickin get up and go
A majority of this probably surrounds the egr and turbo and all their related parts - correct? I am working on getting this resolved w/ my dealer and want all of it fixed b4 the new reflash is done, or should i wait for awhile after it is done to check on changes-if any???
Please help, can give more info. if needed.

You have got major problems. You probably need a head gasket or two for the coolant losses. Take the chip or programmer out of it NOW. You have enough problems without it. You may have an EBP problem and/or an EGR problem. Take it in.

I am not seeing where he has a programmer on it?

If this truck is a lease - they'd be taking it back asap!

sorry, forgot to mention that i also think the head gasket is of issue. it is stoke, no chips/programmers. also, had oil blackstoned all was a. o. k.
but at the shop who took the sample, the sniffed the coolant, guess what, exhaust is leaking into it. turned the sample teal green instantly... it is goin in

Sorry about your problems. Welcome to the site, and I hope this isn't your first Ford.
