That's a nice looking truck!!! Like Stroked68 said, it ain't no shorty!!! I know you hate to replace "shorty" since he's a "one of a kind", but looks like it's time since you've spent so much keeping him going. Looks like they're "wussing out" the new 450's by giving them the same wheels, etc., as the 350's. Of course, the 450 still has the solid I-beam axle on it.

Priced out a few new 450's today. 7-800 below invoice. Nice lariats with almost everything... one oxford white and one sterling grey metallic
The used 08 bottom price is 32.5k

Yeah, forgot to mention that the tires aint too good either, the guy says "fair" on the fronts and 40% on the rears.
That's why I'm leaning towards a new truck

Get some truck prices from a Texas dealer or two. They sale a lot more trucks down there. Mite be worth the drive.
