Question air condtioning runs all the time

I have a 2003 SD 6.0L and some time ago i had my computer reflashed by the dealer and after that my air condtioner runs all the time. With or without the controls on the dash in the air mode.
What i would like to know if this is normal. I don't see it hurting anything YET!
Maybe one of the informed techs have seen this and has a solution for it.

Odd definitely odd If the dealer isn't too far out of the way I'd consider running your truck back by there to see what they did that now causes the fan to run uncontrollably
