Air Bag Sensor where?

Is there an airbag sensor somewhere behind the front or rear bumpers?
Searched the site for "airbag" and "bumper sensor" and came up blank.

usually on the front core support, and again on each frame rail

just start bangin around the front with a big hammer you'll know when you found it

there should only be a sensor on the bottom area of the rad support, most of the "sensing" is through the module inside the truck

Thanks for the info. I wanted to make sure that the new bumper did not have to have anything special done to it for the air bag sensor.

no problem, glad to help, def dont have to worry about them when dealing with your bumper, you can get that big hammer out if need be!
