Idle 20 min drove 2miles some blueish white smoke . Hpop is full did not want to run to long and wreck something

Well, the way I see it is you have two choices. Drive it easy or drive the piss out of it. Let us know which one works for you.

I did not pull idm fuse is that real bad

Bad? Well, you should pull the fuse so it cannot fire and purge oil out all the spouts but you are now beyond that so you have to get the rest of the air out the only way that is left..... run it.
