According to Ford's website it has a "diesel radiator." Could that 5'th cap be a coolant cap for the "diesel radiator?"

MBenz has a system with a urea caninster to inject urea into the exhaust gasses to reduce emissions. something like a 24000 mile life expectance. but i thought the whole bottle/cartridge got replaced, not refilled. (urea is pee). not sure if that is stateside or not. i wonder if there is a similar thing for these trucks.

I have no idea, and a quick Google search did not turn anything up. Maybe a fuel cooler? I don't know why that is necessary, though
