4x4 not working

I just replaced my 1999 ford f350 superduty auto/manual hubs to a Warn manual hubs, because i though they were not working propetly. I went to try the 4x4 after installing the manual hubs but seems not to be working. I lock the hubs manually then tur on the 4x4, the front drive shaft spins but the front axel don't lock, also at soon as I turn on the 4x4 switch my a/c starts blowing the air thru the top part of the dash ///// please help me out, i already replace the hubs, and the vaccum pump that controls the 4x4 and the a/c

Sounds like you either have a leak or maybe one of the lines did not get hooked up properly. I did the same thing with my 4x4 a couple of years ago and it developed a leak I could not find. Took it to a mechanic friend of mine and he found it and works like a charm now.
