A 285 will have a diameter of 32.8" and they should clear just fine. I have a 2" lift and 315 75 16 tires that are 35" and they clear great as well.

Click to expand... On what sort of wheels are your tires mounted? Do you have any rubbing issues in the front when turning? I have the same size tires on stock rims and they rub the springs when fully turned.
