One important low cost mod you should get out of the way is installing the tricumulator/Sonnax kit in the transmission if you have the automatic

There's other low buck/free mods that can be done to produce positive results but you're off to a great start with 4" exhaust

The Sonnax kit will firm up the shifts in between gears thus lowering operating fluid temperatures and possibly extending the overall lifespan of your 4R100 Transmission

You'll definitely feel the change in the way the transmission shifts,not a neck breaker but alot firmer for sure.

I think we've installed Sonnax kits on most of the members 7.3L's here in DFW

got my package yesterday they forgot the oiling kit for air filter
and my exhaust as a big dent in the front next to the MBRP

The oil/recharge kit can be a minor oversight but the dent depending on how big ouch
