2003 6.0 Blues

Hey guys

New to the site its good to have people to ask questions , I have a 2003 F250 SD and its been in the shop 7 or 8 times for a rough idel and surging problem. This was Fords last attempt to fix the problem and they didn't, so the next step is do I want a 2006 6.0 or not? How are the 06 6.0's running any major problems?

Havent heard of any problems with them. i think they got the kinks worked out of the motor. Id say go for it if the other truck still isnt fixed.

Some guys have been having problems with the 6.0's, but they generally get worked out the newer the motor. I'd go for the 2006 if your considering it. Hey, how can you say no to a new truck??

Last summer, at "banned camp"....

Welcome! I love my 2005. Only one minor problem and the dealer is being very proactive on it. Doesn't affect the operation of the truck at all, I just don't like seepage.
