You won't catch me putting any questionable substances in my 6.0 ;)

Hate to tell you, but you already are, it's called ULSD. :eek: :rolleyes: I don't think anybody knows what's in this crap. The only thing we can be sure of is that it isn't as good mileage or performance wise as what we were burning a year ago.

Been running ULSD the last 3 tanks, haven't noticed a bit, if anything performance mileage is getting better, of course my engine is still breaking in. :rolleyes:

My gut feeling is that you won't notice the difference as much w/ the 6.0 as it was built with the knowledge that ULSD would be coming out.

As for power, that will increase dramatically just as soon as I get that SCT back out of the box... :sly

final baseline mpg average... 14.8 (remember, this is up about 2mpg from over the winter)...

today, started adding a cetane booster (Power Service white bottle, per label directions) and changed the crankcase to synthetic 5w40 Valvoline Ultra
