A 40 amp would work.. on the 01 gauge, but for the "Bama Power Point" ?.. it All depends on what you plan to power up from it

Maybe you could Step Down, to 10 gauge, from the 01 gauge to power the new 12v plug-in ? That would give you a good range of accessory possiblilities.. or am I confused ?

Yer call Bama but 70 amps is alot. Bt that, I mean.. You could Smoke 12v accessorys if you ever wanted to power up more than one.. at the same time.. unless they were individuly, fuse protected. A 40 amp breaker would be my choice. Maybe you could start with a 40, then bump up when you find out what all yer guna use the power point for ??

I would get the $2.06 breaker. It is rated at over 3 times voltage and is weatherproof. Looks like a good deal to me, Bama!!
