'08 tail lights

Can they be installed in the 06 without modifications. I was told the socket was different?

I have seen them on pre-'08 trucks, so I know they will fit,

just dont know if there is any modification that has to be

done on the inside.

Have to change the wiring a little from what I see HERE

the backup light socket is different. Other than that they fit fine.
