'06 6.0 Fuel Gauge?

When my low fuel light comes on I go to nearest diesel station. I had it come on one time and i was enpty on the side of road 3 miles later. WTF? anyone else have this problem?

you could have it reprogramed to come on earlier

I thought that my long bed truck tank would hold 38 gal. I ran it so low one time that it missed and I pulled into a station and could only get 33 or 34 gal in the tank.
What's the deal with that? Now I never let it get below 1/4 before I am looking for fuel.

i think mine comes on when mine reaches 50 miles to empty !!!

either you WERENT empty or you got the small 29g tank
