Well guy's I went as far as I could without some "HI-Tec" Equipment LOL
Anyway I brought it to the Ford dealer(They are the only ones I know of that works on them in this area) they found some wires for the FICM that were bare grounding out.they fixed that and it started.But ran ruff.Tested the FICM and it showed that it was good.Tested the injectors and they were good.
They had an old FICM in the shop.tried that one and it was fine. So the FICM is bad even though it is testing good.I left it at that.I told them I could take it from there.They didn't hose me over for the labor that they did so I don't feel to bad.
I just did not want to go with the $719 for a new FICM.
When I can get a rebuilt one for $200.And take 20 minutes and put it in myself
