01 7.3 extremely hard to start

I have been plugging my 4x4 F-250 to 110 plugin with some success but not much. My oil level is fine, drained the fuel filter. My truck has 149,000 miles on it. Am in need of glow plugs or what? Any ideas.

Check the glow plug relay.

If the temps outside aren't really cold I would be suspect of your hpop system.
If you have access to a scanner you need to see what the ipr percentages are or put a gauge on the hpop rail and see if your getting 500 psi when cranking it over.Also check the hpop reservoir and see if its full of oil before you start cranking it over.
Do you have a lazy starter or low voltage? that could also make starting tough.
