    I agree with HeavyAssult. I just had the FICM replaced in my truck. It wouldn't start if I didn't plug it in. Even when I did it sounded like it had as miss until it got to temp. FYI my FICM was $715 just for the part.

    I had the same issues. The shop told me he has yet to see a bad glow plug on a 6.0. Have your truck hooked up to a computer and check for codes. Mine was the FICM. But prior to going for the expensive fix I did try the re-flash. Good luck.

    Thanks for all the input. Just a few more questions. If it was running bad before the fuel filter change. The filters we just hitting the 10,000 mile mark. Did it some how get air in the fuel system before? How do you purge the air out of the fuel system? Thanks, Danny
