update on the 82 grand prix project
I picked the cam for the sound.next winter i plan on having the 455 rebuilt with some head work and other goodies.if the cam works with it,great.if not ill have to buy another one. I figured this year ill just throw it together,make it sound good and burn the hell outta some tires.- 94f450sd

7.3 will not start but does when it feels like it.
Sounds more like an oil seal problem than electrical.make sure the little tin nut holding the solenoid on the ipr didnt fall off.have you pulled the ipr and checked/replaced the orings?pop the valve covers off and look for oil bubbling up around the injector hold down clamps while its...- 94f450sd

Oil pan issues..
There is no gasket.its sealed with high pressure grey rtv.there is an aftermarket gasket made by moroso for them now but its a hundred bux.are you sure its not the dipstick adapter,rear main or something up top? Thank you.figured out the rough running.a plug on top of the carb came unplugged.the aggravating rattles are the front corners of the glass hood.i gotta get a couple 1/4 turn fasteners for it so its not bouncing on the hood stops. Wicked nice,tight car.rides and handles like new.not bad on gas...- 94f450sd

my birthday present
Well youre all gonna lose the color bets.its eventually gonna be a blue to go with the blue interior.but in a couple weeks its gonna get sanded and primed.gotta take care of surface rust now before it turns into rot.im thinking i might give it a quicky white with blue pearl till i have the time...- 94f450sd
