I wish I could there's tons of thing I would like to do.. Shutting down the business is a pain but has to be done. People don't want a work, they have government medical care so my hands are tied. Cant fight what's free, people will go with free before they will work for the buck. So what can you say??

Thanks guy, Well My have a buyer, the neighbor next door had a stroke and can not be on his own anymore. SO his daughter sold his house well the guy asked about my house and is looking at buying it too. We will see what happens..

This reminds me of living in Germany and moving to The Netherlands. My wife speaks fluent German, having been raised by a Bavarian stepmother.
