Good news!! Turns out that one of the lines from the cooler to the transmission had a loose fitting. I'm back in business. Joe

    05 Transmission leak

Bush pilot, Very much appreciate your response. I am beyond the 12mon/12,000 mile first year stuff. I've had this beast almost 1.5 years and have 26,000 miles on it. This is the first "problem" I've had. As to whether the red stuff is the lube from when the truck was first put together or...

    05 Transmission leak

I took my truck to have the oil changed as I have every 5000 miles since I got it. The guy from Pro Car Care in Garland comes out from underneath to let me know that my underside is covered in RED transmission fluid that has blown back as if leaking only when moving. He asked if I had had any...

    egt and boost guages

What truck do you have? If it is an 05 or 06 SuperDuty, then the stock boost gauge works well. The transmission gauge is a glorified idiot light. I installed Isspro EV transmission temp and EGT gauges on a painted A pillar. I love 'em. Joe

    Exhaust and Intake

I'm almost ready to do some upgrades to my truck. I want to do the exhaust and the intake also. On the exhaust, do I want a cat back or turbo back system? If I go with a turbo back system, do I lose the cat? Do I want to lose the cat? On the intake, I've heard enough to stay away from...

    Wrecked it.

Just be glad you had your little collision in a PSD. If you'd have had it in a rice burner, we'd probably been placing lillies on your grave. Joe

AUX tank problems with my 2005. help

Sounds like someone screwed up the installation. I have an 05 F350 with a 45 gallon tank in the bed tied to the stock fuel gauge. I have a switch on the dash to switch from one tank to the other. Both work perfectly. Joe
