i have ahde this problem once when installing this tunner . you may want too try and use the dianostic part of the controler see if that helps . also maybe discont your batteries and with the bateery disconted turn the key on for about 1 mintue and then turn key off recont the batteries and plug...- scott's performance

02 powerstroke won't start
i have seen this before if the truck has high miles or around 100k you should go to advanced auto parts and get seafoam engine oil cleaner and run the truck for 20 minutes or so till warm and change the oil. use agood oil filter ( not fram) wix filter or fleet and good oil rotella or chevron ...- scott's performance
