    could have been carbon letting loose in the intake or a little water in the fuel.

    Uh-oh

    the new cap is great for a little while until it blows past 16 psi again. the cap cant handle the heat after that to many times. a new cap is just masking the problem of a flash boil in the cooler or heads lifting.

    Cheap F.Pr. Mod

    i used the bb under my stock spring to get me from 40-45 to 45 - 55 it works great. i used a new cap with gauge fitting in the top for my gauge just to keep me informed about the filter. the regulator has a check port on the side you can use.

    oil cooler question, problem

    normal, you will be fine just be sure to not get any rag lint or strings left in the area.

    Uh-oh

    it may be fine and just a flash boil at the egr cooler. if you start seeing white smoke out the tail pipe its a bad egr cooler most likely caused by a clogged oil cooler.

    Off to the doctor

    i have 4''cool duals no kitty and run stock.im getting 17 mpg at 60-63 mph and if i drive it 55 mph i can get 18-20. now, if i drive it like i like to drive it i get 15 mpg. this is normal start stop 65-75 mph. before i did the exhaust it was a mpg less in all catagory's.
