    I don't think there's a real standard. The different colors may be actually be that you had more or less biodiesel, ULSD or LSD, or the feed stock for the BD. I have a new BD source in Amarillo, it's actually Brownfield BD fuel that I use to buy from but they are wholesaling to an Amarillo...

    Jody sells ITP overboost regulator. Why wouldn't you need it with the Holset?:confused: Unless you're not making more than 25 lbs of boost now, the MAP sensor will still send the signal that will tell the PCM to defuel if it's out of range.

    THat's glow plug low input. I believe that's passenger side. Check your wiring harnesses to the valve cover gasket and underneath it going to the GPs. While under there I'd ohm out the GPs also to make sure there aren't any bad ones.

    Is it the BRV+? If it is, have you tried connecting your gauge to the MAP side and see what it's reading?

    The Evo is quite a bit hotter than the SC 3 tune and alot hotter than the 2 tune programmer. Your mileage seems about right for an auto.

    Who's BPRV? You may try spraying some WD40 on it. Some of them tend to stick sometimes, but that's usually when it's cold. If it's the 1211 ICP code boost won't drop like a rock.

    More smoke only means that you have not burned the fuel completely. If you have no smoke once the turbo is spooled means that you are burning the fuel completely. Overfueling is waste of fuel and is only needed at the race track or sled pulls. Smoking trucks on the street are a nuisance IMO...

    409 SS is the same grade that came from the factory. T-304 SS is the shiny expensive stuff. I went with the 409 SS since I plan to keep the vehicle until the wheels fall off and then I plan to put them back on and drive it some more.

    :eek: :eek: That's some good mark up! A foot of viton hose last I saw on the net was like ~$12 depending on diameter. The teflon SS braid hoses are maybe $20 if your hose shop isn't very friendly.:rolleyes: Where do all the small pieces of viton go?-popcorn

    7.3 Powerstroke Diesel Down!

    Check your fuses. When installing my gauges I popped a fuse, don't remember which one. Truck would start but throttle pedal was dead.
