It finally happened to me
x3 for the Permatex High-Tac I blew my boost tubes off 3 times, each time I cleaned them thouroughly, let them dry degreased them, and then cleaned again for good measure, and it was still blowing off. I called Banks tech support, since I have their intercooler and tubes, and they recomended...- keanoknick

Like Bush said, you could be overfilling it, make sure you don't fill it up past the MIN on the bottle. It's also possible that you have an EGR related issue, or absolute worstcase (and unlikely unless you're running some HOT tunes) it could be a headgasket issue. I'd clean the bottle off...- keanoknick

Upfitter switches..again
All four of the wires (orange with different color tracer stripes) in my truck are hot whenever the ignition it on, and the switch is on, and the light on the end of the switch lights up orange too. I just had to make sure I had a good ground for whatever device I was wiring up. I don't know...- keanoknick

I would ditch the cat, I had mine removed, and love it, I don't get any resonating noise at all from it. I've only seen one other truck with side pipes on it like that, but they are chrome, it was a cover truck in Diesel Power a while back, a black dually, that was made to resemble a shelby...- keanoknick

HFCM Help again..
FASS = Fuel Air Seperator System Both the FASS units and Airdog units, will remove all the airbubble from your fuel, helping the truck to run smoother, potentially increase injector life, and power/mileage- keanoknick

Question Fords new flash
Banks, doesn't use a programmer. They're 6-gun and ottomind units, piggyback off the ECM not reprogram it, I doubt that any flash update could block that. :dunno- keanoknick
