    Come on Alltire figure it out. It sure might help me. Mine didn't start again on Sat. Only happens after it has been run then shut off for 10-30 minutes. It has to cool off for several hours before it fires back up. I had it in to the dealer last week but they didn't find anything.

    Lightning could do it. I was running a John Deere front end loader that got hit by lightning and 5 control units had to be replaced. It will jump right through the tires to ground.

    Rear Main Seal?

    My 7.3 leaked behind the flywheel from the pan gasket. Shop cleaned it up with brake cleaner and covered the hole area with silicone when they replaced the clutch. Beats pulling the motor and it worked.

    The egr baffle kit was discused in a 6.0 engine thread but hasn't been tested long enough for results to be posted. Might as well be another guinea pig in the bunch. I havn't lost any coolant but I'll ask about head gaskets.

    No spray all motor. We're useing a vaccum pump because it works all the time verses high rpms like the collector evac type. You can adjust the pump to what ever vac. you need. Cast crank with the block hard blocked and out of the box CHI heads. The bottom end is like a bomb waiting to go boom.

    Coolant temps seem high. Mine is 203-205 towing 13k and don't know if I've ever heard my fan kick in. Tranny is usually 35-40 degrees cooler than engine. Sorry never looked at my oil temp while towing.
