    As of a couple of hours ago, gas was $3.85 and diesel was $4.35 It probably is higher now. At this rate, it could be $5.00 per gallon for our trip.. I guess I better put another thousand dollars in the fuel fund. :lmao

    I have a couple of 428's in my garage right now, that will do the job. One of them runs 10.79 @ 125 mph. in the 1/4 mile. 428 and 429 cj and scj had over 400 hp stock. Add headers and a good carburetor, and they push 450 hp. Most 70s cars and trucks are smog exempt, so as I said, beware...
