    some kroil, heat, and a big hammer freed up my stuck pins and the caliper comes with new ones so I haven't had to buy the brackets just did the first front brake job on the truck 220,000 miles on front pads and still had material left on them. hand shakers do make a difference.

    have you tried bleeding the brakes sounds like air in the system or you may have a ruptured hose or master cyl leaking down what happens when you pump the brakes does the petal get harder?

    well most chips are set up for 75hp under 8000# over stay under 40hp my bully dog i picked up 2.5mpg on the 40hp setting and 4 mpg on 75 hp setting and 100hp goes back down to 16

    odbII wont tell you much you need something with the ford enhanced programing for the 7.3s. If it doesn't have the long upper rad hose (for dual alt trucks) through that in with the new belt.
