    just did the warn thing myself on the EX. this was the 3rd set of locking hubs that I know of, hopfully the last ones too! you can pull them out easily just a snap ring holding them in.

    what did you use to "grease the slider pins" silicone grease or a dry film lube I hope cause wheel bearing grease won't hold up to the temps and gets gummy. remove the after market stuff and try bleeding again.

    MPG with TT seems low.

    I pull my 37' high cap 5er 9800# empty wt but run with full fresh water 40 + gal @ 75-80 and still get 11-12! I'd check all brake calipers make sure they move easy.(slider pins) only diff my truck is 2wd and zf6 speed.

    Getting a roof rack off

    If you are not worried aboul destroying the locks just drill the tumbler out use a .25" drill bit and run into it (just don't go all the way through)then the rest of the pins will fall out and it should come right apart it looks as if those locks are removable\replaceable anyway

    take it slow with the tap in and out and you will get little or nothing inside the manifold and then hit with a vac your good to go if you rush it you can break the tap thats a royal pain in the axx ask how I know BTDT!
