    just a question, I know the hpop needs to be at least 500 psi to run the motor(start it) any way to monitor this? seems like a neccessary, thing to know or be able to diagnose, if and when you ever have an issue, can someone explain this to me? I know its under the fuel bowl, not sure where...

    to make sure i am thinking the intake? is that the large 90 degree elbow real close to the egr valve? that sometimes you remove to clean cause of the egr? whats the hose go to thet connects to it? make sure i am going to go to the right spot. I know this question sounds stupid

    Weird Overheating

    any way to not have a fan clutch? is it electric of some sort? can you use a fan spacer and no clutch? have full fan all the time? like older hot rods? not sure if it works this way. never looked at my fan.

    intake near egr

    their is an intake near the egr valve, that, on some higher mileage 6.0's you would remove this and clean carbon along with the egr valve, was reading it in diesel something or other on egr valve cleaning.

    Possible EGR problem...

    the motor/actuator you speak of is on the valve itself? never had one out yet, what happens fluid gets in it then leaks into engine when reinstalled?

    turning off the truck and unplugging the egr, then starting it wil have it run with egr closed.I am sure you know that. sure others will chime in on the heads.

    oil cooler bypass??

    what type of part? i was thinking blocking it off somehow and running steel braided lines to a cooler? maybe solder to both ends and use a different cooler. where could i read on this any ideas or places?

    Tires & wheels for 4" lift

    my guess is no flap. I did the same, but had to trim innder fenderwell on drivers side only. no fender rub though. Put em on and see. the 20's in a 35 look great
