Rough Ride Well that's better now, you might want to think about upgrading the steering stabilizer first, 4" is not alot and shouldn't cause many front suspension issues. Did the shop do an alignment on your truck right after?- IHC Power

Titan Fuel tank question
Titan Fuel Tank I'm pretty sure that Titan only states that your fuel gauge will be accurate and not the DTE calculation. With 67 gallons at 12.7 mpg you should get 850 miles before empty so with 224 on the clock you have 626 miles before your empty. That's roughly a 1/4 of a tank so your best...- IHC Power

block heater
You can leave it plugged in as long as you want, the T444E uses a 1000 watt heater and the heat transfer rate will just get the engine coolant warmer when plugged in longer. No worries you won't hurt anything.- IHC Power

How to remove PD box cover?!?!?
4x4 Well if all the electrical systems are working from the wiring diagram JL gave you then the motor is probably your fix, no fluid will come out there is just a rectangular pin on the transfer case that the motor sits around, unplug, unbolt and reverse, all done. Stacks Stacks are the way to go, looks, sound, performance etc.... I got a turbo back set-up for just under $1000 and they came out awesome. Worth every penny and please just "forget" to install the mufflers. :tounge- IHC Power

Cleaning/waxing Clintusaf I used the clay bar and it was simple, labor intensive but simple, the paint code is on the VIN tag inside the door jam, the best way is to go get the correct touch up tube from the dealer or your local body shop.The clay bar comes out nice too then a couple of coats...- IHC Power

HPOP condition You would start by finding a gauge capable of 4-5000 psi equipped with a valve(open & close), a extra IPR harness and then you need to retrofit a set of lines to have the gauge/valve inline with the factory lines to the cylinder heads, I've known this test as the DeadHead test...- IHC Power

Whine Check the carrier bearing on the driveshaft. They tend to make noise prior to self destructing. Just changed one on a 99 F250 gas job.
