    Stephen, I was referring to this part of your story: I was assuming at some point you were in a school zone dropping the kids off and the mom's are doing the same while on the cell phone. It's just not safe in that area. Sorry for the confusion.;)

    I'm real anal when it comes to school zones! I sure wouldn't mind seeing the already high fines doubled if you get stopped for speeding in a school zone AND talking on a cell. When young children are walking around, EVERYONE should be even more focused on the road and what's going on around...
