    i was going to unplug mine, I know how egr works but if i have that butterfly valve (03) can i just unplug the egr? And what does the SCT with the egr option due? Does it do the same thing as unplug it? One more question.. can i just unplug the egr and leave that butter fly valve in the pipe...

    water cools your egt's dramaticly. where meth acts kind of like nox. I think it all depends on what ratio you run. might consider head studs though.

    i dont know what to do... Issopro Gauges with the sct II programmer, or Edge evolution. Ive hear some bad things with the edge (head gaskets) and so many good things about SCT. Any suggestions?

    you know i might have to take back what i said. The shift switch(neutral safety) It might need to just be adjusted just a little. Check with the dealer on how to adjust if your not under warrenty.

    no it wouldnt start if the neutral safety switch was bad. Just because theres no Check eng. light doesnt mean theres not a cod. Hook a scanner to it and check all the readings.

    if its not the ball joints, when the track bar is loosed is will sometimes make a clunk, or pop sound when you turn. check where it bolts up on the cross member.

    sure thing, I wont be able to install it untill july, me being deployed till then. but i cant wait to get home and work on my baby. I even printed out the instructions for the tranny flush on Truckblog thanks to bush pilot.

    well i just ordered a PML tranny pan for my torqshift from DPPI. I need to change the filters anyway. How much of a difference in temperature will i notice? 20 30 degrees? They say it holds an extra 4.5 quarts. Thanks

    hey bush, I am planning to do a lab report when i get home from being deployed for 6 months. Is this a good idea? Because my truck has just been sitting there, being started everyweek for 30 min. I did put a good 3K on the oil before i left though. Thanks

    ya, my 03 does it too when i drive long trips. It will do it at a stop light. idle fluctuates about 500rpm. Doesnt do it alot, i thought i might need to change fuel filters.

    ya i know what your saying, i have an 03 with the cat and muffler still on but it still has that awsome whistle. I dont know what it is but its sweet!!
