    That sucks, sounds like an overboost issue is a good possibility to me too - He's obviously not finding the root of ur problem - Even stock they don't pop hg without there being a causing problem like broken egr cooler or something.

    I let mine idle on high idle for 2-3 minutes in the morning and then take off. I try not to rev it above 2500 until the temps start to come up.     I believe those are normal temps - I know u don't want it to hit or go above 1400 deg. If they start to get really high just drop a gear or back out of it a little.
