    black trucks.....swirls and scratches

    Dont buff or polish in circles when putting on the wax, use strait lines up and down on the hood from the base to the window. Or on the sides left to right on side panels... this will help reduce some of the swirls. It will take about 2-3 differant coats of polish and wax to get most of it out.

    Whoops! ran out of diesel, what now?

    You might need to prime it....on diesels you have to take apart some of the fuel connections and re prime the system. Thats what the dealer told me. I'd take it to the dealer and see if they can help you out.

    Trip Preparation Need Advice

    Air Pressure in the trucks tires and the trailer are a must proper inflation will make for a better tow and better gas mileage. Just my 2 cents :cool:

    The new ride looks sweet wish they had them on the dealer lots or maybe not since she (the wife) wants a new truck. I talked her into a 2006 Eddie Bauer Explorer fully loaded with dvd / navigation and all the frills.

    Whine!!!

    My mom's 99 stroke has the same prob. the dealer replaced the power steering pump and it still whines.....Let me know if you find a way to get this solved. That noise is so annoying :cussing:
